Er. E.S. Wilson, Retired Superintending Engineer, P.W.D has been elected to the I.R.C Council out of the 19 candidates contested for the 10 seats Er. Wilson came out with Flying Colours topping the list as No.1. It is for the first time in the history of IRC council Elections that an Engineer from Kerala tops the list. The 72nd Annual session held at Lucknow from 3rd to 6th November 2011 witnessed this Glorious moments. Er. Wilson has put in 32 years of Glorious service in P.W.D. He has worked in almost all wings. His contributions as SE in Rural Development Department especially in the implementation of PMGSY programme is praise worthy. He is a very good singer, and a versatile sportsman. He was also actively engaged in Association activities. The Association of Engineers Kerala feel proud of him and congratulate him on his Election as council member of IRC.
